Thomas Stuart a young buck out of culinary school at Red River was looking for a place that he could grow and learn and really put his culinary skills to the test. Thomas has worked at numerous places under some great chefs but now after working at Fude he has become the Kitchen manager and his own boss with the culinary world at his figure tips.
Thomas leads his tight night team in the kitchen every night. He keeps a cool head and always has the guest experience as his first priority. Thomas has a few other passions in life one of which is photography. All chefs have a tiny artist inside them, and Thomas is no exception. Fude appreciates all the hard work and long hours Thomas puts into his craft, and his dedication to the guests.
